Community Room
Heritage Greens is lucky enough to have a beautiful Community Room available for rentals!Our Community Room is approximately 800 square feet and can accomodate gatherings of up to 64 people.
The recently refreshed space features a large kitchen, including a brand new commercial size refrigerator and freezer and a microwave for guest use. We have large tables, plenty of chairs, two large couches, as well as a fireplace, TV and sound system.
The room can accommodate gatherings of up to 64 people.
Resident Rental Rates (Non-Refundable)
Peak Season, May 1- Pool closing
$50/hour (2 hour Minimum)

*All rentals require a $300 damage/ cleaning deposit*
The Community Room can be scheduled by residents, no earlier than 60 days prior to your event*, per the following instructions:
First, please view the Calendar for availability.
If the date you would like to rent is not blocked out for another resident or Community event (roll over the date to see name) it is likely that it will be available to you. Please note that your reservation MUST be confirmed through the system and Volunteer Community Room Manager before it is added to the calendar.
Once you have your date in mind, please fill out the Heritage Greens Reservation Request and Rental Agreement
Once your date is approved, you will receive an email with instructions on how to submit payment. The room will be accessed via your fob/ virtual fob during the time requested.
*Graduation parties work differently and instructions are sent at the start of each year.
Non-Resident Rental
Non-Residents must have a Resident sponsor in order to request room rental. Residents may forward the Heritage Greens Reservation Request and Rental Agreement to anyone who may be interested.

Additional information

Room accessories are not an obligation of the HOA and no refunds will be provided to renters under any circumstances.
The TV is available to watch subscription channels, such as Netflix. The TV can also be used for delivery of video or pictures using HDMI input or USB device (thumb drive). We also have a sound system available for music.

We’re excited to share that you can now book a professional cleaning service for the Community Room after your events. Jim Malcolm's team from Enviro-Master is available for an extra fee to provide a thorough, high-quality cleaning to help you wrap up with ease.
