Heritage Greens Common Area Improvement Project

Thank you Heritage Greens residents... the common area improvement project ballot inititives have all passed by an overwhelming 72% in favor vote!!!!

The HG HOA and Metro District has contracted with DH Studios for the architectual work.  An owner's representitive has been hired (name withheld at the moment until the contract has been formally signed.)  All other efforts at present only consist of discussions on potential project designs.  No further information is available at this time.  However the design phase of the project is right around the corner and we will be publishing more detail on a more frequent schedule.

It may be possible for HG homeowners to participate in the financing of the pool improvements, through purchase of the funding bonds.  Anyone interested can ask Art Stewart of the HG Metro Board for information on who to contact at the sales department of George K.
