Heritage Greens is one of metro Denver's premier south suburban neighborhoods providing residents a variety of community amenities and local activities.
The neighborhood is a close-knit community of 578 homes. Residents get to know each other through the pool, kids swim team, tennis programs, recycling programs, Moms, Pops & Tots group, athletic events, fundraisers and social events.
In 2011, Heritage Greens completed a 2.6 million dollar renovation of the common areas including a brand new pool, tennis courts, sand volleyball court, community room and surrounding areas.
The swimming pool is a 25-meter, six lane pool with zero-entry and diving board area. It includes fountains and a baby pool for the little ones. The four new tennis courts are post tension concrete courts, one of the best surfaces available. Besides new cabanas and scoreboards, the tennis courts feature windscreens, divider nets, a backboard and a covered seating area for 16.
The new Community Room is approximately 800 square feet and features couches, chairs and a fireplace and can accommodate gatherings of up to 65 people. The common area also includes a new sand volleyball court, basketball court, new landscaping, exterior lighting and audio system.
Our public schools are some of the best in the region: Ford Elementary, Newton Middle School and Arapahoe High School. Visit the Littleton Public Schools website to learn more. Adjacent to the neighborhood is the South Suburban golf center including a clubhouse, restaurant, full regulation 18 hole course and a nine hole Par-3 course.
The neighborhood is within five minutes of major interstates to drive into downtown Denver, the airport or the mountains. We are also conveniently located within 10 minutes of two fantastic shopping centers: Park Meadows Mall and Streets At SouthGlenn.
