Home
Heritage Greens is one of metro Denver's premier south suburban neighborhoods, providing residents a variety of community amenities and local activities.
We are a close-knit community of 578 homes where residents get to know each other through the pool, Gators swim team, Adult and Junior Tennis programs, Moms, Pops & Tots social group, Wine & Wisdom nights, Senior Coffee group, Fundraisers and engaging Social Events throughout the year.
Amenities
Our common areas include a pool, tennis courts, sand volleyball court, community room and two Little Libraries - one for kids and one for kids at heart!
Our pool is a 25-meter, six lane pool with zero entry, a diving board and a baby pool for the littles. We offer Masters Adult swim programs and we have a fantastic kid’s swim team. Click here to learn more about our very own Gators Swim Team.
The four tennis courts feature windscreens, divider nets, a backboard and a covered seating area for 16. Click here to reserve your court!
The Community Room is approximately 800 square feet and can accommodate gatherings of up to 65 people. Click here to learn about renting it out for your next gathering.
Schools
Our public schools are some of the best in the region: Dr. Justina Ford Elementary, Newton Middle School and Arapahoe High School. Visit the Littleton Public Schools website to learn more.
Location & Local Activities
We are within five minutes of major interstates with easy access to downtown Denver, the airport and the mountains.
