Heritage Greens Swim and Tennis Facility - Community Room Rental

The Community Room at the Heritage Greens Pool and Tennis Facility is now available to be rented for private events.

Contact RENTAL (rental@heritagegreens.org) for further information or to request your reservation. Please note by contacting the rental committee you are not guaranteed the reservation until you have received a formal notification of reservation acceptance from the Heritage Greens HOA rental committee.

It is important to remember a couple of items if you are considering renting the community room for a private event.

This is a new process for us and we are still in a learning and "tweaking" mode. Rules, regulations and decisions are likely to change as the HG HOA Board works to perfect the rental process;
When renting the facility; PLEASE BE RESPECTFUL of neighbors and treat the facility with great care. This is a community room, not your private residence; and
The HG HOA Board will be enforcing all rules and take action if needed. We will be enforcing a zero tolerance policy with renters attempting to break, bend or take advantage of the rules in place. This is for everyone's protection from a security, financial, liability and neighborly respect perspective.
