The common area grounds close at 10 pm (SHARP).  Please be respectful of the adjacent neighbors and keep the volume down during the weeknights.

Updated August 29, 2011 -- The pool is open regular days and hours through Labor Day.  After Labor Day the pool will be open Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays from 11am to 7pm (depending on darkness).  The pool will close after September 18th.

The pool may be closed due to inclement weather at the sole discretion of the lifeguards,

"Guest" wireless internet access is available for your use.  Please search for the HGPoolTennis access point (SSID).  A password or key is not required.

Sign In
Members are required to sign in upon entering pool area each visit.
Residents must identify and sign in any guests at time of sign in.

Guests
Heritage Greens Swim and Tennis facility is for the exclusive use of members and their invited guests.
Members are limited to 2 guests per visit and the members must be present while guests are at the facility.
If you suspect unauthorized entry to the pool area by a non-member, please bring it to the attention of the head lifeguard immediately.

Pool Rules
No Horseplay allowed (pushing, dunking etc.).
No running on the deck.
No glass containers.
No hanging on the lane/pool divider lines.
No un-safe conduct allowed.
Obey the life guards at all times.
No conversations with the guards while they are on the stands.
No flotation devices in the deep end.
No smoking.
No alcohol.
No one under the age of 12 allowed without a supervising adult at any time.
Parents are responsible for the behavior of their children at all times.

Diving Well Rules
Only one person on the board at a time-wait on the deck for your turn.
Only one bounce allowed.
Swim directly to the ladder after going off the board.
No swimming in the deep end while the diving board is in use.
No bouncing while facing backwards on the board.
Do not hang on the board.
Do not swim under the board.

Baby Pool
No lifeguard is provided for the baby pool.
Parents are responsible for children using the baby pool.
The baby pool is for use by children 5 years old and younger.
Children not potty trained must wear a swim diaper or tight fitting plastic pants.

Children’s Play Area
Play equipment is for use of children 5 and under only.
Parents are responsible for supervising their children at all times.
