Please download the ACC Request form (see link to the left of this page) and send to ACCU.  Please remember to email or attach all final plans/drawings and exact colors/samples for paint, stain, decks, concrete.

·          Allow ACC members NO LESS than 21 days to respond to such request.

·          You are REQUIRED to notify ACCU  in writing when such approved work is complete.

·          Please understand you are subject to fines from the HOA if you

                        a)  start work without written approval

                        b)  proceed with work not in compliance with an approved application

                        c)  fail to notify ACCU of final completion of project within 120 days of completion
